The Cindy Freeling Show

Cindy has been in the health and nutrition business for over 20 years. From managing health stores,providing nutritional consultations for gyms,chiropractors and individuals,including many clients from the sports and entertainment fields in Los Angeles, to teaching nutrition classes for a large supplement company and training employees in stores around the country.
Cindy has been Gluten Free since 1982 and bakes gourmet gluten free products. Her specialty is high protein,low carb, gluten free muffins and snacks that actually taste great!
Before the health trade,Cindy was in the entertainment business on both sides of the camera. After making her living on the stage for many years,she toured as a singer and dancer,performed improvisational comedy,has done commercials for radio and TV.,worked in numerous aspects of film production and produced a hit play.
Cindy is best known for portraying Princess Anne Droid in the award winning sci- fi cult classic short film “Hardware Wars.”

Cindy feels everyone should have a choice about how we treat or bodies. Without knowledge,we aren't equipped to always make the right choice. She tries to bring her extensive knowledge about,health,fitness,nutrition, and alternative healing to the airwaves, interviewing other experts in their field along the way .Our animals and our environment are always included,as is Cindy's humor. It can't all be so serious!Her show is all about what makes us healthy and happy-physically,emotionally, and spiritually.
